Because each piece is produced specifically for you after purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse (change of mind)
  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout

Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [ton email de contact] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a free reprint or a refund at our discretion — no need to return the item.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner. Depending on the situation, we may offer a reshipment or a partial refund.

Pre-order Cancellations Pre-orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once an order enters production, it can no longer be canceled or refunded, except under the conditions above.
