2. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (shipping address, sizing, contact details) is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

3. Pre-orders Some products may be offered as limited pre-orders ("Founding Member" drops). Pre-order items are charged in full at the time of purchase and are produced and shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page.
